re-habilitation through exercise so I am also uniquely qualified to provide help and advice to my clients both during and post treatment.

Having completed a 3 year degree in nutritional therapy I am also able to offer you the best nutritional advice to compliment your new training regime.

Our group training sessions combine hard work and fun to improve core strength, stamina and all-over body toning.

I have picked the best aspects of all the classes I’ve ever attended or taught and combined them into a unique exercise experience that delivers variety, fun and results that stay with you.

 

Classes change every month to allow you to progress quickly and keep things interesting, plus I will be adding new and different ways to train all the time.

 

Bandana classes offer you the opportunity to train the whole body for fitness, suppleness, toning and general well-being. Combined with healthy eating advice and dietary support my fun and invigorating sessions will help you get the most out of your body and enjoy life to the max! And no shakes required!
