At Bandana we provide a full spectrum of classes and workshops from stretching to high intensity to Pilates and Boxing - and for those with reduced mobility to those wanting to improve a marathon PB!
Session content is rewritten on a regular basis to provide fitness progression, suit individual needs
and to keep things interesting. Bandana is an inclusive studio and a friendly safe environment. Our members receive holistic advice on ways to improve their physical and mental health, balance their bodies and make lifestyle changes they really can maintain.
RUNNING | Running workshops and personal sessions
FULL BODY | A full body workout to great music - Warm-up, core stability, upper body and arms, legs and glutes - cool down.
STRETCH / PILATES / HIP-FLEXORS | A relaxed and informal approach to Pilates - a great stress reliever! Hip-flexor sessions offer a little known way to improve mobility and flexibility in the hips that will benefit the whole body.
HIIT | High intensity interval training - very energetic and a great fat burner!
MOBILITY | A class for those who are struggling with mobility; fun, gentle, yet motivating.
CIRCUITS | 15 stations to strengthen, tone and get the heart rate up!
CARDIO CIRCUITS | Circuits with a cardiovascular emphasis.
P.T. | Personal training sessions by appointment - 1 hour of 1:1 nutrition and exercise,
100% tailor-made. No 2 clients receive the same sessions! Comprehensive meal plans available and personal support and motivation.
YOGA | Our experienced Yoga practitioner, Janette, runs our 6 week courses which provide
health, fitness and well-being benefits abound.
BOXING | Pad & glove work - great fun session. Fantastic workout for fitness and toning, plus you get to hit something hard without getting in trouble - stress relief at it's finest!
MACMILLAN "MOVE MORE" | A FREE 10 week exercise programme for any local people with an experience of cancer in the past 5 years.

FULL MEMBERSHIP COSTS JUST £50 PER MONTH
(That's only around £4 per session if you train 3 times per week)
DROP-IN SESSIONS £7.50 EACH
There are no long contracts to get tied into!
If you decide you don't want to continue with your membership at any point - that's fine.....
If your circumstances change and you can no longer get to our classes - that's fine.....
We are always sad to lose a client, but it happens and our ethos is not to lock anyone into a contract that they are not happy with.
